We take copyright seriously on dirt-clicker.com and don’t allow protected material to sit on the Site without proper authorization. If you think that’s happened with something of yours, here’s how to file a takedown request with us.
What to Include in Your Notice
For us to act on your complaint, put together a written notice covering all of the following:
- Contact details — your full legal name, a mailing address, a phone number, and an email we can use to follow up with you.
- A description of the work — enough detail about the copyrighted material that we can figure out exactly what you’re referring to.
- The exact location on our Site — the specific URL where you found the material in question. Attaching a screenshot or any other supporting documentation helps us move faster.
- A statement of good faith — confirming that, to your knowledge, this use was never authorized by you, someone acting for you, or by law.
- A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury — confirming that what’s in the notice is true and that you’re either the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- A signature — handwritten or typed is both fine.
How to Send It
Notices and any copyright-related questions go through our Contact page. Once we’ve checked that everything above is included, we’ll look into it and, if the claim checks out, remove or restrict access to the material promptly.
